- “Penne fra diavolo” - Quill shaped pasta prepared with tomatoes, white wine, and crushed red pepper.
- “Farfale Primavera” - Bowtie shaped pasta prepared with olive oil, garlic, fresh
garden vegetables, cracked black pepper and topped with Romano cheese.
- CARVED TENDERLOIN OF BEEF STATION - Carved onto miniature onion tea rolls. Served with horseradish mayonnaise, dijon mustard and steak sauce.
- CAESAR SALAD STATION - Romaine lettuce, garlic, parmesan cheese, lemon and croutons are combined by a uniformed staff member to make our favorite salad.
- CHARGRILLED CHICKEN - Grilled over hardwood and brushed with a honey dijon glaze. Presented in a chafing service with fresh baked rolls.
