INDOOR CEREMONY
The Embassy Room or The Terrace Room Standard Indoor Wedding Ceremony Fee is $325.00 Includes the use of the bridal suite for up to one hour prior to your wedding ceremony, a one hour rehearsal with your coordinator during the week prior to the reception, as well as coordination on your wedding day.
OUTDOOR CEREMONY
	*The Terrace Room Garden* (this space is available only in conjunction with a Terrace Room Reception) or The Embassy Room Garden (this space is available only in conjunction with an Embassy Room Reception) Standard Outdoor Wedding Ceremony Fee* $595.00 Includes the use of the bridal suite for up to one hour prior to your wedding ceremony, a one hour rehearsal with your coordinator during the week prior to the reception, as well as coordination on your wedding day. Also included is the cleaning and arrangement of chairs in the garden area. * In the event of inclement weather, your ceremony may be moved to an area of the deck or inside the function room . . . please discuss this with your Wedding Coordinator.

CEREMONY ENHANCEMENT PACKAGE
OUTDOOR WEDDING CEREMONY Includes use of the bridal suite for up to one hour prior to your wedding ceremony, a one hour rehearsal with your coordinator during the week prior to the reception, and the set up and break down of ceremony chairs in the garden. ~ CHAIR BOWS Let bows and flowers help escort you down the aisle. Susanne's Weddings will provide a bow with a flower on up to 14 of your ceremony chairs. ~ ARBOR ARRANGEMENT Susanne's Weddings will decorate the arbor or gazebo with a top spray of flowers and accent fabric. ~ DISC JOCKEY Choose from Get Down Tonight Entertainment or Main Event Disc Jockey Service. Set up an appointment with one of New England's most sought after DJs and view videos of their performance. ~ LIMOUSINE - BLACK TIE LIMOUSINE Professional and elegant transportation for up to six people for three consecutive hours. ~ :: PRICING :: 100-125 Guests....$21.75pp 126-150 Guests....$17.75pp 151-175 Guests....$14.95pp 176 Guests and Up....$13.95pp Ceremony Enhancement is not subject to service charge or tax.
SCHEDULING
A total of 5 1/2 hours will be allowed for your combined ceremony and reception. Should you wish to extend your function for a period longer than 5-1/2 hours, a charge of $200.00 per room per 1/2 hour will apply. Please ask for details. The ceremony must be scheduled to begin a minimum of 1/2 hour after your contracted starting time, to allow for the arrival of your guests. Saturday evening wedding ceremonies may not start prior to 7:00 pm. Guests may begin arriving 1/2 hour prior to your scheduled ceremony start time.
