topped with Romano cheese.

CARVED TENDERLOIN OF BEEF STATION
Carved onto miniature onion tea rolls. Served with horseradish mayonnaise,
dijon mustard and steak sauce.

CAESAR SALAD STATION
Romaine lettuce, garlic, parmesan cheese, lemon and croutons are combined
by a uniformed staff member to make our favorite salad.

CHARGRILLED CHICKEN
Grilled over hardwood and brushed with a honey dijon glaze. Presented
